City of Brussels — i-CITY, from April 2021 to February 2023.
Contribution
- Lead Architect for the GMAO platform based on Dynamics 365, Azure Synapse and business-intelligence capabilities, connecting operational processes with analytical use cases.
- Designed data-integration and transformation patterns across Dynamics 365, Azure Synapse, dbt, Python and the WSO2 enterprise service bus.
- Designed the IoT integration architecture for SmartBuilding initiatives.
- Defined reusable solution blueprints aligning cloud, application and data architectures with organisational standards.
- Architected the integration between Genesys and Dynamics 365.
- Restructured the BruCity document-management architecture for data lifecycle management, access control and GDPR compliance.
- Led architecture for digital-signature capabilities aligned with eIDAS, and for projects serving public educational institutions.
- Produced High-Level Designs and technical RFP specifications, and assessed supplier proposals.
